About Us

Formed in 2007 Protection Installation Services Limited installs, commissions, tests and maintains high-voltage substation protection and control equipment and primary plant.

Based in the North East of England, PISL Engineers have worked the length and breadth of the country all with extensive NICAP experience and an established history in the energy supply sector working for National Grid, SPEN, SSC and various DNO electricity companies.

We are committed to continuous development and training, our team maintain a high level of accreditation and professionalism.
Our clients enjoy visiting our Gateshead facility to witness tests and with a reputation for quality we proudly hold ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001.

Site Managment

Site Manager responsible for ensuring the
operation runs to programme at each location.

All personnel are trained in accordance with current CDM regulations.

Management includes:-
Attendance at site inaugural meetings
Weekly progress reports including working log,
accident & near miss reporting.

Participation in liaison meetings where required.
